Regular Workforce Clause Samples

Regular Workforce. The regular workforce shall be comprised of two (2) categories of employees which are as follows:
Regular Workforce. The regular workforce shall be comprised of two categories of employees which are as follows: A. Full-Time. Employees in this category shall be hired pursuant to such procedures as the Employer may establish and shall be assigned to work schedules consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days in a service week. B. Part-Time. Employees in this category shall be hired pursuant to such procedures as the Employer may establish and may be assigned to regular schedules of less than forty (40) hours in a service week, or shall have no fixed work schedules, but are available for work on a flexible work schedule during the course of a service week.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Employee Seniority for a regular employee is defined as the length of the employee’s continuous employment (whether full-time or part-time) from the date of commencement of regular employment, plus any seniority accrued, while working as a casual employee of the Employer.
