Reimbursement Limits Clause Samples
The Reimbursement Limits clause sets a maximum cap on the amount a party is required to repay or reimburse under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies a dollar amount, a percentage of costs, or a specific category of expenses that are eligible for reimbursement, ensuring that the reimbursing party is not exposed to unlimited financial liability. By clearly defining these boundaries, the clause provides predictability and protects parties from unexpected or excessive reimbursement demands.
