Report on Status. The Contractor shall have bi-weekly status meetings with the State to provide an update regarding: (i) the QA/IV&V activities and deliverables in accordance with the Work Plan; (ii) results from the ongoing risk and issue management task (Task 2E); and (iii) outstanding actions from the Review and Evaluate Vendor Deliverables task (Task 2F). The project status is included in Task 2 monthly Consolidated Periodic IV&V/QA Report (including subtasks 2G.1-2G.
Report on Status. On the 25th day after the Opening of Escrow, BUYER shall notify SELLER of the then-current status of BUYER’s purchase money financing for the Property, which notice shall include the expected dates for completion of loan documentation and funding, the actions BUYER has taken from and after the Opening of Escrow to obtain such financing and any outstanding issues that may reasonably be expected to delay the Closing beyond the then-scheduled Closing Date. Neither the foregoing notice obligation nor anything else in this Agreement is intended to provide BUYER with a financing contingency, the parties specifically agreeing that BUYER’s obtaining financing is not a contingency or a condition to the Closing or to any of BUYER’s other obligations under this Agreement.

Major upcoming activities and deliverables for the next reporting period 5. Status of existing risks/issues and identification of new risks/issues

  • Organization Status The Dealer Manager is a limited liability company duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware, with all requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its obligations hereunder.

In agreeing to implement this Substance Abuse Prevention Policy (▇▇▇▇), the parties affirm their belief that substance abuse is a treatable condition. The City is committed to identifying needed resources, both in and outside of the City, for employees who voluntarily seek assistance in getting well. Those employees who voluntarily seek treatment prior to any testing shall not be subject to any repercussions or any potential adverse action for doing so. However, seeking treatment will not excuse prior conduct for which an investigation or disciplinary proceedings have been initiated. c. The City is committed to preventing drug or alcohol impairment in the workplace, and to fostering and maintaining a safe work environment free from alcohol and prohibited drugs at all of its work sites and facilities. In addition, the City maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace policy in its Employee Handbook.

  • Accuracy of Registration Statement Each of the Registration Statement, and any post-effective amendment thereto, at the time each became effective and as of the applicable filing date as to the Prospectus and any amendment or supplement thereto, complied and will comply in all material respects with the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations, and did not and will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.
