Report Time/Call-In Time. An employee who has left the plant upon completion of his/her regular shift or assignment and is then instructed by the Company to report back for work shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his/her regular hourly rate or his/her actual overtime worked, whichever is greater. An employee reporting for work on instruction of the Company but for whom no work is available will be paid four (4) hours time at his/her regular hourly rate. This provision shall not apply when such lack of work is due to a labour dispute, fire, flood, lack of heat or other causes beyond the control of the Company.
Report Time/Call-In Time. An employee who reports for work in accordance with instructions shall receive a minimum of four hours pay at their applicable straight time hourly rate for that day. An employee who is called back to the plant for emergency work after having completed the scheduled shift and after leaving the plant property shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate for all hours continuously worked or shall receive four hours pay at their applicable straight time hourly rate, whichever is greater, and shall apply to each separate instance of call-in. As determined by the Company, whenever practicable, attempts will be made to use the weekend overtime lists to distribute call-ins. Report time or call-in time will not apply in case of emergency shutdown arising out of any conditions beyond the Company's control. An employee who leaves work of their own volition, or because of incapacity, or is discharged or suspended after beginning work, will be paid only for the number of hours actually worked during the day.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Call-In Time ‌ 16.01 All employees called in, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, shall receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.
