Requirements to Receive Pay Sample Clauses

The 'Requirements to Receive Pay' clause defines the specific conditions an individual or entity must meet to be eligible for payment under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines obligations such as completion of assigned work, submission of necessary documentation like invoices or timesheets, and adherence to agreed-upon deadlines or quality standards. By clearly stating these prerequisites, the clause ensures that payment is only made when contractual duties are fulfilled, thereby protecting the paying party from unwarranted or premature disbursements and promoting accountability.
