Reserve Lines a. Reserve lines shall be constructed with days of reserve periods, days off, and two (2) Golden Days selected by the Flight Attendant. Golden Days must be selected from the published bid line days off and provided to Crew Scheduling within 24 hours of the final bid award. b. A block of reserve days will not exceed a maximum of five (5) consecutive days of reserve availability. c. A minimum of eleven (11) days off will be provided each month, with at least one (1) block containing a minimum of three (3) consecutive days off. d. The Company may not move or assign flying on a Golden Day.
Reserve Lines a. Reserve lines shall contain no more than six (6) consecutive days of availability, and planned days off arranged in a pattern for the month. There shall be no trips reflected on Reserve lines. b. Reserve lines shall contain a minimum of twelve (12) days off. Movable and immovable days off shall be scheduled in accordance with Section 9.A. c. All Reserve lines shall contain designated Reserve availability shifts in accordance with Section 9.C.

Reserve Lines. A pilot who is not awarded or assigned a Regular (hard) line, Composite line, or CDO line will be awarded or assigned a Reserve line. a. A Reserve line will contain: (i) Reserve days and at least the minimum days off as provided for in Article 23 (Hours of Service), (ii) In domicile reserve days, (iii) Out of domicile reserve days and associated deadhead, if applicable, in accordance with this Article, (iv) Type of reserve (i.e. Reserve callout periods in twelve (12) hour blocks). b. Regular reserve days will be credited at four (4) hours flight credit toward the PBS minimum window for each day of regular reserve. c. The Company will determine the need for reserves as provided for in this Article for each day of the bid period. Reserve periods will then be made available for bid by the pilot group.
Reserve Lines. 17.6.1 Employees may bid for a full reserve line. 17.6.2 Where reserve lines are operationally required, the Company will award full reserve lines over allocating available spans. 17.6.3 Reserve lines will be awarded to crew with the least number of available spans performed in the last 6 bid periods (for 56 day bid periods) or 12 bid periods (for 28 day bid periods). 17.6.4 An employee with leave, ground duties (excluding emergency procedures, security training, medical procedures training and company approved Health and Safety Representative ground duties) or carry in planned on their roster will only be awarded a reserve line at the Company’s discretion. 17.6.5 Where an employee is awarded a full reserve line, the employee will be paid additional hourly pay in accordance with clause 3.5 (or clauses 6.5.2 and 6.6.2 for part time employees). 17.6.6 One full reserve line will be treated as 8 available spans (for a 56 day bid period) or 4 available spans (for a 28 day bid period), for the purpose of the consecutive bid period assessment referred to in clause 17.2.
Reserve Lines a. Using PBS, a Reserve Flight Attendant will bid for days off and reserve days/shifts. b. A Reserve Flight Attendant shall be scheduled for a minimum of ten (10) calendar days off in a bid period. c. The first largest set of days off on a Reserve Flight Attendant’s line will be designated as immovable unless the Reserve Flight Attendant notifies Crew Scheduling otherwise by 2359 LT prior to the first day of the bid period. The designated immovable period cannot be changed unless the Reserve Flight Attendant agrees. If an immovable day off is lost, the Reserve Flight Attendant will be paid for the day off lost above the guarantee or have the day off restored, but not both. The restored day off will likewise be immovable. The Reserve Flight Attendant must exercise her/his option to have the immovable lost day restored by notifying Crew Scheduling of her/his choice within 24 hours of the loss. If the Flight Attendant does not exercise her/his option within 24 hours the Flight Attendant will be paid for the lost immovable day.

All Reserve Flight Attendants shall be subject to Ready Reserve assignment in accordance with Section 9.F. v. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph E. 1.c.iv., above, twenty percent (20%) of all Reserve Flight Attendants in a base of greater than one hundred (100) Flight Attendants shall be exempt from Ready Reserve assignment during each monthly bid period. Ten percent (10%) of all Reserve Flight Attendants in a base of less than one- hundred (100) Flight Attendants shall be exempt from Ready Reserve assignment during each monthly bid period. A Flight Attendant shall indicate a preference for exemption on the Flight Attendant’s monthly bid. Exemptions shall be awarded in seniority order.
Reserve Lines. A minimum of eleven (11) days free of duty will be Scheduled in every Reserve Line. For each Flight Attendant crew Base that is open for the whole year, the minimum Scheduled Days Off will be increased to twelve (12) for four (4) Bid Periods per year. If Reserves in a Base will be Scheduled with twelve (12) Days Off in a Bid Period, notice will be included in the bid packet for that Bid Period.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
