Resolving Discrepancies Clause Samples

The Resolving Discrepancies clause establishes a process for addressing and settling conflicts or inconsistencies between different parts of a contract or between the contract and its attachments. Typically, this clause specifies which document or provision will take precedence if there is a contradiction, such as prioritizing the main agreement over appendices or schedules. Its core function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by providing a clear hierarchy or method for interpretation when discrepancies arise.
