If there is a failure to meet EUROCLUBA's guilt program or part of the service, the passenger is entitled to a fee in the amount of the actual value of the unused service and can not include the services already utilized or the total amount arrangements. Resolving the Complaint. Upon receipt of a complaint, an investigation will be undertaken which will involve interviewing: the complainant, the alleged harasser, and anyone else who has information. The alleged harasser will be made aware of the complaint and be given an opportunity to respond. All information gathered will be held in strict confidence and documented.
