RESPECT FOR CRAFT LINE BOUNDARIES IN STREETCAR Sample Clauses

The 'Respect for Craft Line Boundaries in Streetcar' clause establishes clear divisions of responsibility among different craft lines working on streetcar projects. It specifies which tasks or work areas are assigned to each trade, ensuring that workers do not perform duties outside their designated craft. For example, electrical work would be reserved for electricians, while track installation would be handled by track specialists. This clause helps prevent jurisdictional disputes, promotes workplace harmony, and ensures that skilled professionals handle tasks appropriate to their expertise.
