Response Resources. The San Luis, Arizona Fire Department has 15 full-time staff, 13 of whom are trained as HazMat first responders, and 13 reserves. The department also has two fully-equipped fire engines, one ALS- equipped ambulance, and a command vehicle equipped with oxygen and first aid supplies, in addition to other equipment. In the event of an extreme emergency, the Fire Department has made arrangements with the Public Works department and some private businesses to provide resources if necessary. San ▇▇▇▇ Río Colorado, Sonora has two volunteer fire brigades with two stations each, for a total of four fire stations strategically located throughout the city. The Red Cross also has its main base of operations in the northwestern section of the city. A complete list of response resources for both cities can be found in Appendix H.
Response Resources. Cochise County Government provides incident coordination, law enforcement, health services management, heavy equipment, communications, and public information. Emergency medical service (EMS) is provided by the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Department, and the nearest hospital is located in Bisbee, Arizona. The Fry Fire District provides hazardous materials response, under an agreement with Cochise County Government. Law enforcement in the plan area is provided by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Department. In Naco, Sonora, the City Fire Department is prepared to respond to fires and medical emergencies. The Halcones Auxiliary, composed of volunteers, can respond to rescue and hazardous materials calls. A list of response resources is maintained by the Cochise County Emergency Services Coordinator.   • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Contract Management Contractor shall report to the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee who will review the activities and performance of the Contractor and administer this Contract.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
