Response Time Commitment. (1) If PBI determines that on-site service is necessary, PBI will use commercially reasonable efforts to have a service technician on-site (during Normal Working Hours only) within 4 hours or 8 hours, as specified on the Order, after PBI has determined that it cannot resolve the issue remotely (the “Response Time Commitment”). (2) The Response Time Commitment relates solely to the arrival of a technician at your location; it is not a guaranteed resolution of the problem within the Response Time Commitment period, nor does it guarantee that all parts necessary to make a repair will be on-site within this time frame. (3) The Response Time Commitment does not apply to Service designated as service by replacement, relocation services, software maintenance, preventative maintenance, operator training, or other services not essential to repair the Covered Equipment. (4) If the Covered Equipment is moved from its original location, PBI may, at its option, remove the Response Time Commitment. If this happens, you will receive Standard SLA and we will adjust the SLA charges payable by you appropriately.

Response Time Commitment. (a) For customer routine questions: routine questions are questions about the scope of work, process of work, status of current projects, invoicing, or reporting. Routine questions sent to Customer Service or an Account Executive should be answered or responded to within two (2) hours. If an answer requires additional time, the Purchaser will be notified and updated until the request is complete. (b) For quote requests, this response time is the time for a fully completed quote to be sent to the Purchaser, assuming the Purchaser has included relevant information in prior correspondence: twenty-four (24) hours or less, depending on scope of the request. (c) Credit requests are processed within 48 hours.

  • Time Commitment The Advisor shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents to, devote to the Company such time as shall be reasonably necessary to conduct the business and affairs of the Company in an appropriate manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that the Advisor and its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents may also engage in activities unrelated to the Company and may provide services to Persons other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.

  • Part-Time Commitment The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.

  • Response Times Qubit bases its response times and the actions it takes to resolve problems on an assessment of the impact of the reported technical issue. The more serious the impact, the higher the assigned priority.   • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Minimum Commitment If for a certain Service a minimum commitment has been determined in the Agreement, the Customer guarantees to respect the minimum commitment described in the Agreement during the entire period of the Agreement. If the Customer does not respect this minimum commitment, the Customer shall pay the compensation mentioned in the Agreement. If no compensation has been mentioned in the Agreement, the Customer has to pay the applicable Charges for the respective Service, or the average of the applicable Charges if different Charges are applied for the respective Service, per missing number of its minimum commitment. Services that are timely cancelled by the Customer or Services for which the Customer has paid a cancellation fee , do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect the minimum commitment . Services cancelled as due to Force Majeure and Services cancelled by Lineas for other reasons than Force Majeure, will be considered as a Services ordered and paid for by the Customer. Services cancelled by the Customer or by Lineas because of holidays do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect its minimum commitment.
