Rest Pause. Rest Pause. 23.1 Where practicable, all employees shall be entitled to two 15 minute paid rest pauses to be taken in such a way that the ordinary working day (including the unpaid meal break) is broken up into 4 approximately equal working periods.
23.2 By agreement with their Manager a group of employees or an individual may elect not to take the second rest pause.
23.3 The rest pause(s) shall be taken at such times as will not interfere with continuity of work where continuity is necessary.
Rest Pause. Employees who work a minimum of four consecutive ordinary hours on any one-day shall receive a rest pause of fifteen minutes duration.
Rest Pause. Ten minute rest pause (Smoko Break) will be provided without loss of pay at a time nominated by the Company and based on operational requirements. Rest pauses shall be taken to accommodate a situation where as no employee shall be required to work more than three and one half hours without a break, including meal breaks. This provision may be altered by the Company to meet production demands and may require employees to stagger such breaks.
Rest Pause. Will occur in-accordance with clause 15 of the, Storeman and Packers, General (State) Award provided flexibility will occur at the employer’s discretion to ensure continuity of work in the operation. Such times will be between the hours of 09:00 to 09:30 daily.

Rest Pause. 11.1 A rest pause of not more than 15 minutes between commencing time and the meal break shall be permitted without reduction in pay.
11.2 Such rest pause shall be taken at or close to the immediate work location and at a time to suit the circumstances of the work in hand.
11.3 Any time spent washing up shall be inclusive of the rest pause above.
