Common use of Rest Period Clause in Contracts

Rest Period. A fifteen (15) minute compensated rest period shall be provided to each bargaining unit member for each four (4) consecutive hour period of service. The rest period herein described shall be taken at the direction of the immediate supervisor at or near the midpoint of each four (4) hour period of service.

Rest Period. 7.3.1 A fifteen (15) minute compensated rest period shall be provided to unit members of each bargaining unit member for each four continuous three (43) consecutive hour period of service.
