Restrictions on Use of Personal Leave. A. During the ten (10) work days immediately prior to and the ten (10) work day period immediately after the opening day of school of any school year, and the last ten (10) work days of the school year in the building in which the employee is assigned, personal leave will not be available unless allowed within the sole discretion of the executive director.
