Retention Rating. The Company will establish and communicate to the employees and the 14 Union, a retention rating process consisting of three (3) categories. Employees will be given written 15 notification of their rating. 16 17 i. Category A shall represent the employees rated in the top 70% of the employees in each 18 classification. 19 20 ii. Category B shall represent the employees rated in the next 20% of the employees in each 21 classification. 22 23 iii. Category C shall represent the employees rated in the lowest 10% of the employees in each 25 during a reduction-in-force. 26
Retention Rating. A retention rating process based upon the most recent three (3) Performance Management exercises and consisting of three (3) categories shall be used. The most recent three (3) Performance Management exercises shall be averaged using an overall rating of “Unacceptable” as equaling a score of “1,” “Meets Some” shall equal “2,” “Meets” shall equal “3,” “Exceeds” shall equal “4,” and “Exceptional” shall equal “5” for purposes of averaging the three (3) most recent Performance Management exercises.

Such adjustments will be reflected 28 in the written notification to each employee. 29

  • Debt Rating The Liquidity Provider has a short-term debt ratings of “P-1” from ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and “F1+” from Fitch.

  • Insurance Company Rating The required insurance must be written by a company approved to do business in the State or Texas with a financial standing of at least an A- rating, as reflected in Best’s insurance ratings or by a similar rating system recognized within the insurance industry at the time the policy is issued.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.
