Return From Personal Leave Clause Samples

Typically, it specifies the notice the employee must provide before returning, any documentation required (such as a fitness-for-duty certificate), and the process for notifying supervisors or HR. This clause ensures a smooth transition back to work, clarifies expectations for both the employer and employee, and helps maintain workplace continuity and compliance with company policies.
