Review of Contract Sample Clauses
Review of Contract. 23.1 The PROVIDER has carefully examined, reviewed, and accepted this Contract and there are no discrepancies, errors, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts in this Contract that are material to the PROVIDER'S provision, performance or completion of the Work, the Contract price or Contract schedule that have not been clarified in writing by the BRA to the satisfaction of the PROVIDER.
Review of Contract. The Parties shall review this Agreement (and the Parties’ activities under and in connection with this Agreement) on the date and frequency specified in paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 (Data Sharing Protocol).
Review of Contract. The Vendor has examined in detail and carefully studied and compared the Contract with all other information furnished by the Owner and has promptly reported to the Owner any material errors, inconsistencies or omissions so discovered or discovered by any of the Subcontractors. The Vendor will not prosecute any Major Portion of the Work knowing that it involves a material error, inconsistency or omission in the Contract without prior written notice to and approval by the Owner. If for any reason the Vendor violates this subsection 2.28, the Vendor will, in addition to being subject to any other remedies of the Owner, assume responsibility for such violation and, in such case, will be deemed to have waived any claims for an adjustment in any of the Specifications and/or System Standards which results directly from any such error, inconsistency or omission. This subsection 2.28 does not, nor will be deemed to, in any manner limit the terms of subsection 2.39.

Review of Contract. Nanny or Family can request a review and revision of this contract at any time. Both parties will provide input and agree on terms prior to instituting a new contract.

Review of Contract. Superintendent has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal or other professional advice with regard to this Contract and the consequences that flow from it, including tax and retirement consequences.
Review of Contract. The performance of the firm shall be reviewed in every quarter and if the performance is not found satisfactory, the contract will be terminated by giving on 15 days notice.
Review of Contract. Player has read all provisions of this Contract, including any addenda, and understands all provisions thereof, and has been given the opportunity to have the Contract reviewed by persons of his own choosing.
