Revision Control i. Seller is responsible to ensure that it has the correct drawing/EO as listed on any contract or release received. All parts being supplied in accordance with a drawing supplied by Battelle must be marked and/or identified in accordance with the specified drawing. ii. The revision level of any component to be delivered to Battelle will be controlled by the Purchase Order or, for those items on a Purchase Contract, the Purchase Order Release. All order acknowledgements and COC (Certificate of Conformance) documents must confirm compliance that the part is manufactured according to the proper revision. Battelle must be notified immediately of any conflict between the revision level of parts being produced/shipped and the revision level on the controlling document. Any change in costs resulting from differences between the revision level of the components on the original quote and the revision level to be delivered will be addressed according to the Changes clause of Battelle’s standard terms and conditions and may require a new procurement document for that item.

Revision Control. To the extent the terms set forth in this Service Appendix or an Exhibit or future amendment to this Service Appendix vary from those set forth in the other portions of this Agreement, the terms shall be controlling in this order: (1) amendment(s) in reverse chronological order, (2) Exhibits, (3) Service Appendix, (4) Agreement. To the extent the Service Levels set forth in Exhibit A‑2 Service Level Appendix are more particular than those levels set forth in this Service Appendix, the more particular levels set forth in Service Level Appendix shall control. All the terms used herein shall retain the same meaning as defined in the Agreement between OneNeck and Client and such definitions incorporated herein by reference.

  • Erosion Control a. The Purchaser shall construct slash and debris erosion barriers, dips, water bars or ditches in skid trails and landings as directed by the Forest Officer. b. The kinds and frequency of erosion control structures shall be adjusted to soil types, topography and climatic conditions as directed by the Forest Officer. c. The Purchaser is required to recontour any excavated skid trails, and provide for effective erosion control in the trail location as directed by the Forest Officer. d. Erosion control work shall commence as soon as skidding is completed on each skid trail or landing, and must be kept current with unit operations. e. Erosion control work shall be completed and approved by the Forest Officer in unfinished units before operations cease for inactive periods including heavy winter snowfall, spring breakup and restricted dates. f. All erosion control work in each unit shall be completed prior to notification pursuant to Section VII.M.7.

  • Change Management BellSouth provides a collaborative process for change management of the electronic interfaces through the Change Control Process (CCP).
