Sectorization Clause Samples

The Sectorization clause defines how a particular area, service, or market is divided into distinct sectors for the purposes of the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify the boundaries of each sector, assign responsibilities or rights to different parties within those sectors, or outline how resources and obligations are distributed among them. By clearly delineating sectors, the clause helps prevent overlap, confusion, or disputes regarding territorial or operational rights, ensuring that each party understands their designated area of responsibility.
