Routine Monthly Maintenance Services. 4.11.1. Tasks listed for a particular month are representative and may not be inclusive of all services required to achieve sound horticultural maintenance. 4.11.2. NYCDOT may choose to order individual Additional Services (Section 4.12.) or As- Needed Services (Section 4.13.) rather than complete Routine Monthly Maintenance Services for part of, some, or all Sites during any month. 4.11.3. In performing the Work pursuant to Section 4.11, the Contractor shall strictly adhere to the Standards of Care stated in Section 4.14. If the Contractor is unable to adhere to any of the standards in Section 4.14, the Contractor must notify NYCDOT and obtain further direction from NYCDOT before proceeding with the work. 4.11.4. If during the course of the Work required by Section 4.11 the Contractor either directly or through someone acting on its behalf damages or causes damage to any Site and/or other City-property including, but not limited to, the planter walls, plant material, irrigation systems, or electrical systems, The Contractor shall repair or replace any such damage at the Contractor’s sole cost and expense, and shall restore the Site and/or City-property to the satisfaction of NYCDOT.
Routine Monthly Maintenance Services. 4.15.1. The tasks included under the following pay items must be part of but not exclusive to each item. Remove litter at least once a week 4.15.3.1.1. Remove all trash and plant debris from Medians 4.15.3.1.2. Remove debris caught in trees and shrubs as well as any signs or advertisements not authorized by NYCDOT 4.15.3.1.3. Remove fallen dead or broken branches. Report any dangerous tree conditions to 311/NYCDPR and notify NYCDOT. 4.15.3.2. Check all hardscape components for vehicle damage and graffiti and report to NYCDOT 4.15.3.3. Check and maintain all winter coverings if applicable 4.15.3.4. Temporarily place any disturbed or damaged median hardscape components back in the median 4.15.3.5. During periods of snow fall NYCDOT reserves the right to discontinue services 4.15.3.6. Daily maintenance inspection reports 4.15.4. March 4.15.4.1. Remove litter at least once a week 4.15.4.1.1. Remove all trash and plant debris from Medians 4.15.4.1.2. Remove debris caught in trees and shrubs as well as any signs or advertisements not authorized by NYCDOT 4.15.4.1.3. Remove fallen dead or broken branches. Report any dangerous tree conditions to 311/NYCDPR and notify NYCDOT. 4.15.4.2. Check all hardscape components for vehicle damage and graffiti and report to NYCDOT 4.15.4.3. Clean out rootball vent pipes, sight inspection tubes, weep holes, and drain pipes 4.15.4.4. Check perennial plantings, perform clean up, and reset those plants that have been heaved from the ground due to frost 4.15.4.5. Monitor all planting beds for weeds and take appropriate measures to maintain all plantings in a weed free condition - see Standards of Care for Hand Weeding (4.17.7) 4.15.4.6. Syringe plants and flush beds – see Standards of Care for Syringing (4.17.6) 4.15.4.7. Inspect sight line areas and trim plantings if necessary – See Standards of Care for Pruning/Trimming (4.17.8) 4.15.4.8. Daily maintenance inspection report (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) 4.15.4.9. Weekly visits to each site and weekly horticulture report (horticulturalist)

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).
