Soil Testing. 3.1 All jobs placing more than 200m³ (solid) of fill at our facility will be required to provide soil testing results for contamination as part of the pre-approval information requirements, to confirm compliance with the definition above, of cleanfill or potential cleanfill. 3.2 The test results must be assessed by an accredited testing organisation acceptable to us.
Soil Testing. The Farm/Ranch shall provide access to ZFP, the Technical Assistance Provider, or an agent, to the property on which the practices funded by the Grant are implemented for the course of the Term. ZFP shall provide reasonable notice to the Farm/Ranch to coordinate scheduling. Testing may take place up to three (3) times during the Term.
Soil Testing. The Contractor shall provide fifty (50) Comprehensive Compositional and Soil Nutrient Tests at specific locations directed by the Trust on an as-needed basis, which shall include: • Organic matter content (% oven dry weight of soil) • Soil reaction (pH). • Soluble salt content (Conductivity). • The carbon/nitrogen ratio. • Micronutrient content. • Hydrometer Testing (Gravel/Sand/Silt/Clay by percentage) The Contractor shall provide the Trust with the name and qualifications of a soil-testing laboratory for the Trust’s review and approval. All test reports shall be submitted by the Contractor to te Trust within twenty-one (21) calendar days of request.
Soil Testing. 4.14.4.1. Furnish all material, labor, and equipment necessary to perform soil tests. 4.14.4.2. The Contractor shall perform the following steps to gather appropriate material for testing (collectively, “Sampling”): 4.14.4.2.1. Make a composite sample (5-7 samples per planter area from a minimum of 3 planter areas per 3-block segment). 4.14.4.2.2. Use a soil tube, auger, or spade to collect the sample. 4.14.4.2.3. Sample depth: Turf grass - 4”; Flowers/shrubs - 4-6”; Trees - 6-8”. 4.14.4.2.4. Mix the composite sample in a clean pail. 4.14.4.2.5. Save two cups of sample in a sample bag and fill out label. 4.14.4.2.6. Submit a completed information sheet with each sample. 4.14.4.2.7. Insure that soil samples are not tainted by mulch.
Soil Testing. A soil test report, the results of which shall be satisfactory to Lender from Borrower’s architect or engineer stating that the foundations and structural members of the MOB have been adequately designed considering soil conditions at the Property shall have been delivered to Lender and approved by Lender and Lender’s Inspector.
Soil Testing. 3.1. All jobs placing more than 1000m3 (solid) or 1,750 tonnes of fill at any of our sites will be required to provide soil testing results for contamination as part of the pre-approval information requirements, unless otherwise authorised by us. 3.2. All fill tipped at our sites is subject to random additional analytical testing at a rate of 1 test per 500m3. Jobs may be stockpiled on site and sampled. The samples are sent to a laboratory with IANZ accreditation for testing. 3.3. The test results will assess whether fill is: a. entirely cleanfill; b. not entirely cleanfill but is within our managed fill Acceptance Criteria. In this case managed fill prices will apply; c. outside our cleanfill or managed fill Acceptance Criteria. In this case we may quote to take it to an appropriate facility; or d. a combination of the above. In this case we may, if viable, be able to quote to separate the fill into distinct areas, and deal with each area within the categories above.
Soil Testing. A. Annexed hereto as Exhibit A is the Clean Soils Acceptance Procedure (“CSAP”) revised as of January, 2013, reviewed by the Township’s consultant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Ph.D. (“▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇”) of The ELM Group, Inc. (“ELM”) and developed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ of ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., L.S.R.P. License No. 573511 (the “LSRP”). The CSAP establishes a protocol by which soils related to the reclamation of the Property will be tested by MQI at the source prior to importation to the Property. MQI’s importation of soils to meet the grading requirements of the Rehabilitation Plan shall meet the requirements and procedures established by the CSAP. B. In addition to testing soils at the source, random testing of imported soils shall be conducted by MQI upon their entry onto the Property. Upon notice to the Township of those soils intended for importation to the Property in accordance with CSAP, the Township, in its sole discretion, may request an overall of up to seventy-five (75) random samples be taken of the 300,000 cubic yards of soil that enter the Property. The Township shall notify and request ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, Inc. to collect the random samples the Township determines are necessary of the soils that enter the Property. The random samples shall be collected by MQI in accordance with the procedures described in the NJDEP 2005 Field Sampling Procedures Manual and the CSAP. Samples shall be collected under the oversight of the LSRP. Once the samples requested by the Township have been taken, the soils will be deposited into the Quarry for use in grading operations. Such soils will be tracked as set forth in Section 3.D. The LSRP will provide a summary table of the laboratory results and the original laboratory reports to ELM upon receipt of same. C. MQI shall reimburse the Township for the costs incurred by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or another ELM designated representative, which shall include only the review of any documentation provided by the LSRP concerning the sampling related to the 300,000 cubic yards of soil, plus any additional soils that may be requested under Section 2.B., including the sampling results related to same. Such reimbursement shall be made through the escrow account that has already been established by MQI pursuant to Section 4-9.7.b. D. In order to facilitate such random sampling, MQI will implement a grid system to track the placement of imported soils on the Property. Soil Testing. CONSULTANT makes no representations concerning soil conditions, and is not responsible for any liability that may arise out of the making or failure to make soil surveys, or sub-surface soil tests, or general soil testing. It is the CLIENT’S responsibility to obtain a soils report upon which report CONSULTANT can rely.

Soil Testing. The community garden applicant is required to test for heavy metals before planting plants intended for human consumption. PARD Community Gardens Program will verify. Soil testing funding is available through the Austin Resource Recovery Office of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Revitalization. The City may provide free soil testing for school and community gardens through Austin Resource Recovery Brownfields Revitalization Office. The garden applicant shall coordinate testing with the City.
