Routine Services. Trash Collection: The Environmental Services team member will collect regular trash daily – or as needed. Note: Please respect your Environmental Services’ team member’s safety and discard sharp materials and / or needles appropriately. Contact Environmental Health and Safety for proper disposal and collection; unless disposed of in a sharps approved collection container. Recycle / Cardboard Collection: The Environmental Services team member will collect recycle materials from designated recycle locations on an every other day basis, or as needed. Note: Each building and/or department will have specific locations for office staff and students to deposit acceptable recycle materials. The Environmental Services staff will not be responsible to ‘separate’ regular trash from recycle materials. Containers that have both items deposited in them, and are ‘soiled’ with food or wet substances will be collected and discarded as regular trash. The Environmental Services team members will remove cardboard from the interior spaces and carry to the outside collection areas. However, it is the office occupant’s responsibility to break down all cardboard that they wish for the BSA to remove. Sweeping: The Environmental Services team member will thoroughly sweep required hard floor surfaces once weekly and spot sweep daily as needed. Dust Mopping: The Environmental Services team member will thoroughly dust mop all hard floor surfaces once weekly or as needed. Spot Vacuuming: The Environmental Services team members should spot vacuum every day; thorough vacuuming of entire spaces/areas will be on a once per week basis, or as needed. Spot Mopping: The Environmental Services team member will spot mop for spills and or spots as needed on a daily basis. Carpet Spotting: Environmental Services team members will carefully check for carpet spots daily and treat as needed. Note: To improve the appearance of carpets and to provide a better chance for complete removal, Building occupants should attempt to blot any spills on carpets immediately and notify DFM Action Desk at extension 5-3253 of the location and type of spill. Complete Vacuuming: Environmental Services team members will thoroughly vacuum the entire carpeted areas – including corners and edges – on a weekly basis, or as needed. Routine Services. Thermo Electron shall provide, or cause one or more of the other members of the Thermo Electron Group to provide, to Viasys or one or more of the other members of the Viasys Group designated by Viasys the services identified in subparagraphs (a) through (k) below, in each case to the extent that such services are routine and consistent with Thermo Electron's past practices as set forth in the following two sentences (collectively, "Routine Services") and as more fully described in previous correspondence regarding the scope of services to be provided by Thermo Electron to Viasys. Thermo Electron and/or one or more of the other members of the Thermo Electron Group shall provide to the Viasys Group Routine Services in such quantity and in the manner and at a level of service generally consistent with that provided by one or more members of the Thermo Electron Group to the Viasys Group during the two-year period prior to the Distribution (the "Base Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to Routine Services arising from Viasys's reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and its other obligations as a public company, Thermo Electron and/or one or more of the other members of the Thermo Electron Group shall provide to the Viasys Group such services in such quantity and in the manner and at a level of service generally consistent with that provided by one or more members of the Thermo Electron Group to the publicly-held subsidiaries of Thermo Electron during the Base Period. Thermo Electron shall determine, in good faith, what services constitute Routine Services, and such determination shall not be subject to challenge by any member of the Viasys Group unless made in bad faith. (a) Accounting and Securities Compliance Related Services. Until March 31, 2002, Thermo Electron shall assist, if and when necessary, in the preparation of Viasys's routine Securities and Exchange Commission filings, including without limitation Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Proxy Statements, assist in the preparation of An▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇rly Reports to Viasys stockholders, maintain internal audit support services and review compliance with financial and accounting procedures.
Routine Services. Subject to the Resident’s right to refuse specific medical treatment, the Resident (or the Undersigned Agents for the Resident) consents to receive routine nursing facility services, routine medical assessments, dental examinations and comprehensive assessments required by Medicare.

Routine Services. Contractor shall collect green waste, recycling and/or Solid Waste upon request at County designated locations. The following list of locations and related service levels may be modified from time to time pursuant to Section 18 of the Franchise Agreement. Subject to funding availability including that set forth in Exhibit F, Contractor shall provide on-call services at locations within the County rights-of-way or at properties being abated by the County (see “On- Call Services” below). Contractor shall separately track allowable costs for providing said on- call services requested by the County, properly segregate said costs in rate applications and provide reporting of on-call service costs and other data by service type upon request of the Director or his/her designee.
Routine Services. The following professional services shall be performed by the ENGINEER for the VILLAGE, either as a matter of routine or upon request of an appropriate Village official as may be designated by the Mayor. 1. The attendance by the ENGINEER at two Council meetings (including one Services committee meeting immediately prior to one of the monthly council meetings), and one Planning Commission meeting per month. 2. Consultation by telephone with VILLAGE Officials at all times. The ENGINEER will also be available to the VILLAGE when requested to meet with VILLAGE Officials to discuss any engineering problems that might arise. Such availability shall include, but shall not be limited to, consulting with village officials regarding wastewater treatment plant needs including input into hiring new plant supervisor, assistance in preparation of operations manual, and operational decisions aimed at meeting discharge requirements. 3. Prepare preliminary estimates of probable construction cost for proposed construction projects along with estimated budgets of engineering and/or technical services in sufficient detail for review and approval by the VILLAGE. 4. Provide preliminary assistance in the preparation of applications for Federal financial assistance in the form of preliminary estimates of construction cost and minor engineering details. 5. Provide periodic status reports of all active projects together with any other matters of interest concerning same as may be required by the Mayor or Council. 6. The ENGINEER shall designate a Professional Engineer to serve as the ENGINEER's representative to the VILLAGE who shall perform all duties and functions as required by the laws of the State of Ohio and the Ordinances of the Village of Sunbury, Ohio. As needed and in the event of the ENGINEER not being available, an individual shall be identified to serve as the Assistant Village Engineer.
Routine Services. All advice, phone calls, opinions, document review, Right-To-Know responses, analysis or development of board policy or procedure, contract reviews, research, and other activities not covered by the preceding are considered routine.

Representing the City in all administrative hearings and general litigation. General litigation shall be defined as administrative (Chapter 2506) appeals from Dublin boards and commissions to the common pleas court level. f. Drafting all other routine documents, legal memoranda, and legal opinions as requested by the City Manager, Staff and/or Council subject to prior approval of the City Manager. g. Providing legal advice relating to matters of public law to City officials as necessary or upon request, and attending meetings and/or conferences as requested by City officials.
