RULE AND REGULATIONS. The Library may make such work rules and regulations not in conflict with this Agreement as it deems appropriate for the purpose of maintaining order, efficiency, or safety of the Library's operations. Upon the request of either party a special conference will be held to discuss the changes or new rule or regulation.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. I have read and understand the rules that govern the facility reservations and I agree to abide by them, and I also understand I hold harmless the Association and it Directors, Officers, Members, Agents and Representatives from and against any and all liabilities, claims, losses, damages, expenses and costs, including without limitation all attorneys fees and costs, incurred by the Association in connection with, arising out of, or resulting from the use of the Clubhouse by me and my guest and invitees.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. Tenant shall not block or obstruct any of the entries, passages, doors or hallways of the Suites or Building, or throw any trash or material of any nature into such areas, or permit such areas to be used at any time except for ingress or egress. In the event Tenant must dispose of crates, boxes, etc., which will not fit into the office wastepaper baskets, it will be the responsibility of Tenant to dispose of same, in no event shall Tenant set such items in the public hallways or other areas except in Tenant’s own Premises for disposal.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. The City shall continue to have the right to establish, adopt, change, amend and enforce reasonable City rules and/or Departmental rules and regulations, not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement, governing discipline, health and safety, duties, rules of conduct and work rules.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. That the LESSEE shall comply with all the rules, conditions and regulations, laws and bylaws of the local authorities, municipal authorities or any statutory development authority or a Government department or agency with relation to the Demised Premises.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. The rules and regulations in regard to the said building, and the tenants occupying offices therein, printed upon the fourth page of this lease, and such alterations, additions, and modifications thereof as may from time to time be made by Lessor, shall be deemed a part of this agreement, with the same effect as though written herein, and Lessee covenants that said rules and regulations shall be faithfully observed by Lessee, Lessee's employees, and all persons visiting the leased premises, or claiming under Lessee, the right being hereby expressly reserved by Lessor to add to, alter or rescind, from time to time, such rules and regulations, which changes in rules and regulations shall take effect immediately after notice thereof in writing shall have been served by leaving the same on the demised premises.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations Landlord may adopt from time to time for operation of the Project, and protection and welfare of Project, its tenants, visitors, and occupants. The present rules and regulations, which Tenant hereby agrees to comply with, entitled “Rules and Regulations” are attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. Landlord may amend the rules from time to time and any future rules and regulations shall become a part of this Lease, and Tenant hereby agrees to comply with the same upon delivery of a copy thereof to Tenant, providing the same do not materially deprive Tenant of its rights established under this Lease.

RULE AND REGULATIONS. 15.1 Tenant shall Have the right to use the Premises, subject to the rules and regulations adopted by Landlord and attached hereto as Exhibit "C", together with such other reasonable and nondiscriminatory rules and regulations as are hereafter promulgated by Landlord in its reasonable discretion (the "Rules and Regulations").
