Safe Operation. Boat Club Member acknowledges he has been instructed in the proper and safe operation of the boat club vessels by SBC. Boat Club Member acknowledges responsibility for the safe and proper behavior of all occupants, and for the safety and welfare of other boaters and persons. Boat Club Member acknowledges that SBC provides the boat club vessels and equipment only and does not provide consulting, advice, expertise, or opinions as to the proper control and operation of the boat club vessels or compliance with the applicable laws or regulations.

The Lessee shall take all steps necessary so as to ensure that the Ship should be navigated and operated in a proper, safe and ▇▇▇▇▇▇-like manner and in the manner prescribed by any legislation, including Environmental Laws, in force in the state of registration for the time being of the Ship and all other applicable jurisdictions.
