Safety Work Boot Allowance. Regular Full-time Employees who are required to wear safety work boots in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations shall be reimbursed $85 (increasing to $100 effective 2017 January 01) and every twenty-four (24) months thereafter. Regular Part-Time, Temporary Full-Time and Auxiliary Employees who have worked 1200 hours within two (2) consecutive calendar years shall be eligible for the Safety Work Boot Allowance without any proration of the allowance.
Safety Work Boot Allowance. (a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) below, Regular Full‐Time Employees who are required to wear safety work boots in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations shall be paid an allowance of twenty‐five dollars ($25.00) on September 1st of each year.
(b) Regular Full‐Time Outside Employees who are assigned to the paving crew on a year‐ round basis shall be reimbursed up to $100 on September 1st each year upon presentation of receipts.

7.7.1 Except as provided in paragraph 7.7.2 herein, Regular Full-time Employees who are required to wear safety work boots in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations shall be reimbursed $85 (increasing to $100 effective 2017 January 01) and every twenty-four (24) months thereafter.
7.7.2 Regular Full-Time Employees who are assigned to the paving crew on a year-round basis shall be reimbursed up to $110 (increasing to $125 effective 2017 January 01) every twelve (12) months upon presentation of receipts.
7.7.3 Regular Part-Time, Temporary Full-Time and Auxiliary Employees who have worked 1200 hours within two (2) consecutive calendar years shall be eligible for the Safety Work Boot Allowance without any proration of the allowance.

b) All Regular Full-Time Parking Services Officers and Animal Services Officers shall be reimbursed up to one hundred and thirty ($130.00) dollars every twelve months (12) upon presentation of receipts.
c) Regular Full-Time employees who are assigned to crews working on asphalt, concrete and towing shall be reimbursed up to one hundred and thirty ($130.00) dollars every twelve (12) months upon presentation of receipts.
Safety Work Boot Allowance. (a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) below, Regular Full-Time Employees who are required to wear safety work boots in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations shall be paid an allowance of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) on September 1st of each year.
(b) Except as provided for in paragraph (c) below, Regular Full-Time Outside Employees who are assigned to the paving crew on a year-round basis shall be paid an allowance of three hundred dollars ($300.00) on September 1st each year.
(c) Regular Full-Time Employees who are newly hired or who are newly transferred into a position where they are required to wear safety work boots in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations and who have not yet received their allowance under paragraphs (a) or (b) above are entitled to receive their allowance prior to September 1st as a reimbursement for safety work boots that they have purchased for the position.”
