Scheduled PTO Sample Clauses

The Scheduled PTO clause defines the rules and procedures for employees to request and take planned paid time off. Typically, it outlines how far in advance employees must submit their PTO requests, any approval processes required, and any blackout periods when PTO may not be granted, such as during peak business times. This clause ensures that both employees and employers have clear expectations regarding time off, helping to balance staffing needs with employee well-being and prevent scheduling conflicts.
