Scheduling of Events. City and Permittee will coordinate the scheduling of events to be conducted by Permittee on the Premises. City shall retain the right to make final decisions, in its sole discretion, with regard to the scheduling of any and all matters relating to or arising out of this Agreement.
Scheduling of Events. To assure and facilitate the continuous progress of the instructional program, employees shall be notified of any school activities which will interrupt a class or series of classes. Such notice shall be given to employees as soon as the activity is scheduled in the office of the Principal and when possible at least two (2) days before any event is to take place. The District shall make every effort to schedule events to avoid interruptions in the regular instructional program.

Scheduling of Events. All entities in Exposition Park shall be obligated to calendar and coordinate all events with the Exposition Park Manager who shall be an individual appointed by the Governor of the State of California. If the individual appointed by the Governor as Exposition Park Manager is concurrently an employee of (or otherwise then affiliated with) an Exposition Park entity (such Exposition Park entity, solely for purposes of this Section 6, a “Related Entity”) and if a determination is made by the Exposition Park Manager under this Agreement in favor of the Related Entity with which determination one or more other Exposition Park entities shall disagree, the dispute shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency for determination in a timely manner. For purposes of this Section 6, each day of a multi-day Museum Event, Special Event or Major Event shall be considered a separate Museum Event, Special Event or Major Event for purposes of scheduling.

If Contractor fails to notify Customer that they have received the annually allocated two (2) Collection events, Contractor shall provide the service and is not entitled to additional Contractor’s Compensation from Customer or Agency for a third or subsequent On-Call Bulky Item Collection Service event.
Scheduling of Events. The Alliance Partnership will coordinate proposed dates for each community and fundraising event in advance of the school year to avoid conflicts. If dates need to be changed or rescheduled, communication will occur between Presidents and the District as soon as it is known, and each will communicate with their respective group. Scheduling of events will, as much as is practicable, honor other community-­‐ wide events sponsored by charitable groups in Larkspur and Corte Madera.
Scheduling of Events. It is understood that areas of the Center other than the facilities rented for use under this Rental Agreement may be rented for use by other persons during any of the periods covered by this Rental Agreement. If determined by the Manager that it is necessary to prohibit use of the remainder of the facility by any other Occupant in order to provide Occupant peaceable and quiet enjoyment of its Rental Premises and/or to provide security for Occupant’s use of its Rental Premises, then Occupant shall be assessed an additional fee in an amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the normal rate for such space.
Scheduling of Events. The Master Association, SkiCo and the Town shall use best efforts to cooperate in planning and coordinating Community Events to be held on the Lot 2 Events Plaza. The Master Association will oversee coordination of all events with the Town, the Aspen Skiing Company, and third parties, ensuring that smaller events do not preclude planned larger events.
Scheduling of Events. The HCRA requests the Community Group to provide a List of Events with dates at the beginning of each calendar year, or program year, of the Community Group, whichever is applicable. The following information is required to be shown on the List of Events: - Contact Person name and telephone number(s) {this should be the person who will be responsible for and present during the event} - Date and times of event {please state the actual start and end times of the event – a two hour buffer will automatically be added to the start and end time for one hour of set-up and one hour of clean-up respectively} - Type of event {i.e. social gathering, dinner event, end of season party, etc.} - Expected number of guests for the event - Additional requirements for event {i.e. pool guards, access to grassy areas, prior storage of items at Clubhouse, etc…} If there is a change to the List of Events, including a change to any category for an event as listed above, the Community Group is required to provide HCRA with a change of event notice at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. Community Group events will only be scheduled on the HCRA calendar when all appropriate information has been received, reviewed, and approved by HCRA Board and/or Cardinal Management. If any event requires the use of life guards at an event, the Community Group is responsible for notifying the HCRA, Community Manager and/or Pool Management Company at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event of such requirement (if not otherwise noted on the list of events supplied in Exhibit B) and is responsible for any and all fees associated with the cost of additional life guards.
