Scheduling Policy. As part of onboarding, we will provide the Client with a Calendar link to book all Coaching Calls. If the Client fails to do so, it is not up to the Company to remind or prompt the Client to book in their included sessions. Should the Client not take these calls in a timely manner, there is no refund, the sessions will be forfeited. To reschedule a call once you have booked it in, you must do so prior to 24 hours before your session begins. To reschedule your session, simply click on your booking call link and hit reschedule. The Company conducts all coaching calls via Zoom video link. If time permits, on occasion, a coaching call might be done face to face in a convenient location but this is not in any way a guaranteed or definite outcome.
Scheduling Policy. The scheduling of pilots out of each domicile shall be in accordance with seniority and category. Since all situations cannot be covered, any question of interpretation should be brought to the attention of the Regional Chief Pilot. If such an interpretation does not satisfy the pilot involved, such pilot shall nevertheless follow the instructions received from the Regional Chief Pilot and then may present a summary of the incident to his/her Domicile Schedule Committee Chairman. (A) Preparation of Bid Pairings (1) Prior to consulting with the System Schedule Committee the Managing Director - Flight Operations shall analyze the flight assignments and develop them into bid pairings for posting on a standard form or in electronic form. Such bid pairings shall include all known flight time assigned to the domicile and shall be developed in accordance with this policy. (2) Whenever a change of flight times, stops, or layover points occurs, or if flights are added or deleted after the closing of bid preference bidding, the decision regarding the posting of new bid pairing preference sheets shall be made by mutual agreement between the Domicile Schedule Committee Chairman and the Regional Chief Pilot. Such a decision shall be based on the extent of such changes and the time of the month. (3) Every effort shall be made to design bid pairings in such a manner that there is an assortment of pairings offering a variety of pairing characteristics (i.e., length of trip and departure/arrival time). (a) Prior to the posting of bid pairings, a pre-run solutions check shall be accomplished to ensure that there is a feasible bid run solution. The check shall take account of all staffing actions and prescheduled activities known at the time of the run. Pairings which will not provide a feasible pre-run solution check in a category shall be redesigned by being recombined with other flight assignments as necessary until a feasible pre-run solution check is accomplished. The Company shall provide a copy of the pre-run solution to the System Schedule Committee at the System Schedule Committee meeting. (b) Additionally, to the extent possible, the Company shall strive to ensure that the highest level of bid run satisfaction is achieved by the maximum number of pilots in each category. (4) Bid pairings shall be posted in such a manner as to reflect the flight number(s), dates of operation, and a projection of credited flight time. Scheduling Policy. The Registry of Motor Vehicles requires that a student hold their Learner’s Permit for a minimum of six months (184 days), while consistently driving 40+ hours of supervised driving at home in order to successfully complete a Driver Education Program and be issued a Certificate of Completion. Because of this requirement, our Behind-the-Wheel scheduling policy allows students to schedule one driving hour every 5 days. This system has proven successful as it allows students to complete their 12 driving hours close to their eligibility date. YDS reserves a right to stop driving lessons if the student is not doing required forty (40) hrs of supervised driving. Driving hours could be canceled if weather will be bad. SDS will text or email you if a lesson is canceled due to Bad weather. No eating, drinking (except for bottled water) and no listening to the music will be allowed at any time in a driving school car. No flip-flops. Scheduling Policy. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure AFSI can meet their scheduling demands prior to completing their registration. AFSI will make every attempt to accommodate every student’s needs in scheduling. If there is an impending deadline for a student, it is expected that the sponsor/parent and/or student contacts AFSI in advance of registration to confirm the deadline. We will make accommodations for students that have immediate needs in going away to college, the military or residency changes as well as sports and activities schedules. Once registration has been completed, AFSI will provide a start date and assign an instructor for the plan, package, bundle, class, test or program directly to the sponsor/parent and/or student as provided in the registration information. Upon assignment to an instructor, students can expect communication via phone, email and/or text from their instructor. Beyond the first lesson, all scheduling correspondence (cancellations, reschedules & requests) is conducted directly with the instructor. Please keep in mind that instructors are not encouraged to be on the phone during a lesson, and much of their ability for communication is between lessons and outside of their regularly scheduled hours. For urgent, time sensitive requests in which a student cannot reach their instructor, students may contact our office. Lesson duration may vary, but initial lessons are typically 90-120 minutes in length, please consult with your instructor if you have specific lesson duration requests.

Scheduling Policy. The Renter shall utilize to the maximum extent possible, the Operator-provided means of scheduling and coordinating the use of the Aircraft, including the following: * The Operator will set up an account on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for the Renter for the purposes of scheduling the aircraft. * The Renter will always schedule the Aircraft for use on the provided website in order for the Operator and all other renters to have visibility of when the Aircraft is being used or freely available. * The Renter will not take use of the Aircraft before or after the scheduled time, unless circumstances out of the Renter’s control dictate, such as weather or maintenance delays. If delays do occur, the Renter will make every attempt to update the online schedule as soon as practical. * If the Renter knows that a delay will affect other renters, then the Renter will notify the Operator or the other renter for coordination. The Operator leases the Aircraft to the Renter on an hourly basis tracked by the ▇▇▇▇▇ meter installed in the center console of the Aircraft. The Renter shall utilize the log sheet, located in a binder in the aircraft, for logging the ▇▇▇▇▇ meter time before and after each flight. * If, before the Renter takes the Aircraft, there is a discrepancy between the log sheet and the ▇▇▇▇▇ meter, the Renter will take note of the discrepancy and notify the Operator. The Renter should also take a photo of the ▇▇▇▇▇ meter before taking the aircraft as proof of the discrepancy. * The Operator will collect the log sheets from the aircraft at the end of each calendar month and ▇▇▇▇ each Renter accordingly. The Renter will be billed using the following rates:  Standard rate: $135/hr dry, ▇▇▇▇▇  Block rates: o Mini Block – 5 hours, $650 ($130/hr) o Basic Block – 10 hours, $1250 ($125/hr) o Mid Block – 15 hours, $1800 ($120/hr) o Big Block – 20+ hours, $2300+ ($115/hr) o Timebuilders Superblock – 50+ hours, $5000+ ($100/hr) o Block rates must be purchased by the Renter prior to any flights for those special rates to apply, and must be purchased directly from the Operator by the Renter. * The Operator will send out invoices once per month to each Renter via PayPal. However, a Renter may elect to pay by other means as long as it is coordinated with the Operator beforehand. If renter chooses to pay invoice via PayPal, the PayPal fees (typically 3%, and up to 4.5% for foreign transactions) will be added to the ▇▇▇▇. Fees can be avoided by paying via cash or personal check.
