Common use of Scheduling PTO Clause in Contracts

Scheduling PTO. To the extent business requirements permit, employee requests for a specific period in which to take PTO will be honored. Furthermore, the most senior employees shall have preference as to the time they take PTO so far as the efficient operation of the business will permit. Where more than one (1) employee in a job classification desire PTO at the same time, PTO will be assigned according to seniority. Employer and employee shall mutually agree upon the PTO time.
