Scope of data processing Hosting of Celonis Software in the context of providing evaluation services (“Proof of Values” or “POVs”): As directed by You, names and e-mail addresses may be inserted in the Celonis Software hosted as a Cloud Service for the purposes of a POV to automatically send reports relating to process analyses to the respective persons. User names are uploaded which then are pseudonymized. This data may contain Personal Data of employees and/or customers of the You which We will host as part of POV. Training Services: Your personnel contact details (e-mail addresses) are stored and used for the transmission of training materials, the execution of trainings and for its certification. Scope of data. For the purposes of this Agreement, personal data shall mean any information relating to a data subject that is subject to protection under the generally binding regulations and which is received by the Data Processor for implementation of the purpose of processing specified by the Data Controller. Under this Agreement, the Data Processor processes the personal data of the data subjects to the following extent (type of personal data): start of the AnyDesk software application, IP-address of the device using the AnyDesk software, statistical information about the device using the AnyDesk software (e.g. CPU-type, screen resolution), time and duration of AnyDesk software sessions AnyDesk-IDs of the AnyDesk’s session participants. (hereinafter the “Personal Data”). Under this Agreement, the Data Processor processes the personal data of the following categories of data subjects: Users of AnyDesk software. Under this Agreement, the Data Controller authorizes the Data Processor to process the Personal Data which the Data Controller provides to the Data Processor for the purposes specified in this Agreement and under the terms and conditions agreed herein, while the Data Processor undertakes to process the Personal Data in accordance with this Agreement, the Regulation and the generally binding regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Data Controller guarantees that it demonstrably has the Personal Data at its disposal in accordance with the Regulation and the generally binding regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, and, provided it follows so therefrom, has duly awarded consent of data subjects to process their Personal Data as well. Should the data subject revoke the consent to process his or her Personal Data during the term of this Agreement, the Data Controller is obliged, without undue delay, to inform the Data Processor, who shall then cease to process the Personal Data of the data subject and subsequently delete them. The Data Controller has determined the following methods and means of processing for the Data Processor: The Personal Data will be processed by the Data Processor both manually in physical form and electronically, including automated processing; The Personal Data will be collected, recorded, stored on data carriers, used, retained, blocked, and disposed of by the Data Processor on the basis of this Agreement.   • Use of Data (a) In connection with the provision of the services and the discharge of its other obligations under this Agreement, State Street (which term for purposes of this Section XXIX includes each of its parent company, branches and affiliates (''Affiliates")) may collect and store information regarding a Trust and share such information with its Affiliates, agents and service providers in order and to the extent reasonably necessary (i) to carry out the provision of services contemplated under this Agreement and other agreements between the Trusts and State Street or any of its Affiliates and (ii) to carry out management of its businesses, including, but not limited to, financial and operational management and reporting, risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and client service management.

  • Identification of Data a. All Background, Third Party Proprietary and Controlled Government Data provided by Disclosing Party shall be identified in the Annex under which it will be provided. b. NASA software and related Data provided to Partner shall be identified in the Annex under which it will be used. Notwithstanding H.4., Software and related Data will be provided to Partner under a separate Software Usage Agreement (SUA). Partner shall use and protect the related Data in accordance with this Article. Unless the SUA authorizes retention, or Partner enters into a license under 37 C.F.R. Part 404, the related Data shall be disposed of as instructed by NASA.

  • Consent to Use of Data You grant NCR Voyix a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferrable license to use the data transmitted through the Platform: (a) to provide the NCR Voyix Product and the Platform as well as related products, software, materials and services under this Agreement or another agreement between you and NCR Voyix; (b) for product and service enhancements, as well as research and development purposes; and (c) after it has been aggregated, for analytics, commercial and benchmarking purposes.
