Section 13.1.3. 35 If a position is offered to the person who has been substituting in the position for five (5) to ten 36 (10) consecutive days prior to the position closing, seniority date will be the day after the 37 posting closed. If the person has been substituting in the position longer than ten (10) 38 consecutive days, seniority date shall be retroactive beginning with the 11th day in the position. 39
