Section 2 – Overtime. An employee shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half his/her regular rate of pay for authorized overtime work performed in excess of thirty-seven and a half (37 ½) hours per week for Unit I employees and forty (40) hours per week for Unit II employees.
Section 2 – Overtime. All time worked will be accurately reported by the employee in writing to the supervising administrator on time sheets and or Kronos for that purpose. The employee will indicate the actual times the employee began his/her workday and finished his/her workday as well as time away from work within the scheduled shift. The supervising administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all time worked and reported by the employee is reported and paid accurately.
Section 2 – Overtime. Add: The Company shall give a minimum of two (2) hours’ notice of mandatory overtime, when possible. Split shifts may be performed by no more than thirty-five percent (35%) of full-time employees. A split shift will be considered any scheduled shift with a break of a minimum of one (1) hour and a maximum of three (3) hours. Where there are two provisions covering the same subject, one in the Local Addendum and one in the National Master UPS Agree- ment, the following provisions of the National Master UPS Agree- ment shall apply:

Nurses on an eight (8) hour shift shall be paid at 6 the rate of two (2) times the straight-time hourly rate, including shift differential if 7 applicable, for all hours of work performed in excess of twelve (12) hours in any payroll 8 day.

Nurses scheduled for an eight (8) hour shift shall be 10 paid at the rate of one and one half (1-1/2) the straight time hourly rate, 11 including shift differential, if applicable, for all hours of work performed in 12 excess of eight (8) hours within a payroll workday. Nurses on an eight (8) 13 hour shift shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the straight time hourly 14 rate, including shift differential if applicable, for all hours of work 15 performed in excess of twelve (12) hours in any payroll workday.

An employee who works more than twelve (12) consecutive hours shall be reimbursed for meal expem;es of up to fifteen dollars ($15.00). The employee must submit a receipt for reimbursement.

1 6.2.2 Ten (10) Hour Shifts. 2 Nurses who have been awarded a ten (10) hour shift position will work 3 under a seven (7) day, forty (40) hour workweek. Nurses scheduled for a 4 ten (10) hour shift shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) the 5 straight time hourly rate, including shift differential, if applicable, for the 6 greater of all hours of work performed in excess of ten (10) hours in any 7 one work day or all hours worked in excess of forty (40) straight time 8 hours within the seven (7) day work period. Nurses scheduled for a ten 9 (10) hour shift shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the straight-time 10 hourly rate, including shift differential, if applicable, for all hours of work 11 performed in excess of twelve (12) hours in any one workday.
