The Service Payment clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments for services rendered are to be made. Service Payment. Class Counsel will file a motion requesting service payments to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate. Defendant will take no position regarding these requests, provided the requests made to the Court are consistent with this Section. Service Payment. A service payment of three weeks ordinary time wages for each year of service and pro rata for part years. Service Payment. 11.1 In consideration of the proper performance by the Supplier of the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract the Service Payment shall be paid to the Supplier in accordance with Schedule 7. 11.2 The Service Payment shall be fixed from the Commencement Date to the second anniversary of the Services Commencement Date. Service Payment. For providing services to the Company following the Sale, the Executive shall receive a lump sum cash payment in the amount of $71,842.59 (the “Service Payment”).
