The Service Payment clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments for services rendered are to be made. Service Payment. Class Counsel will file a motion requesting service payments to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate. Defendant will take no position regarding these requests, provided the requests made to the Court are consistent with this Section. As soon as practicable following the Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator will pay from the Settlement Amount any service payments awarded by the Court.
Service Payment. Applicant will pay for natural gas service at the Premises in accordance with the Tariff.

Service Payment a) Employees engaged prior to the signing of the 1998 Enterprise Agreement, in addition to the minimum rates of wages prescribed by the said Agreement or any Agreement varying or replacing the same, the Council shall pay as wages to:
1. Each existing employee who has completed or who, subsequent to the date of making of Agreement No. 7045 and who completes six month's service, shall be paid the sum of one dollar per week.
2. Each existing employee who has completed or who, subsequent to the date of making the above Agreement, completes twelve months service, shall be paid the sum of one dollar per week above the rate prescribed in subclause
(a) of this clause.
3. Each existing employee who has completed or who, subsequent to the date of making the above Agreement, completed two years’ service, shall be paid the sum of one dollar per week above the rates prescribed in subclause (a) and (b) of this clause.
4. Each existing employee who has completed or who, subsequent to the date of making the above Agreement, completed five years’ service, shall be paid the sum of one dollar per week above the rates prescribed in subclause (a),
Service Payment. A service payment of three weeks ordinary time wages for each year of service and pro rata for part years. For example: Up to 12 mths service 3 weeks wages After 2.5 years 7.5 weeks wages After 5 years 15 weeks wages After 8 years 8 months 26 weeks wages After 13 years 39 weeks wages After 17 years 51 weeks wages The maximum service payment under this policy shall be one year’s ordinary time wages. The minimum service payment to any employee retrenched shall be 3 weeks wages.
Service Payment. 11.1 In consideration of the proper performance by the Supplier of the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract the Service Payment shall be paid to the Supplier in accordance with Schedule 7.
11.2 The Service Payment shall be fixed from the Commencement Date to the second anniversary of the Services Commencement Date. Thereafter, any adjustment to the Service Payment (including during any extension period) shall be calculated in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Schedule 7.
11.3 Except where otherwise provided, the Parties shall each bear their own costs and expenses incurred in respect of compliance with their obligations under this Contract.
Service Payment. For providing services to the Company following the Sale, the Executive shall receive a lump sum cash payment in the amount of $71,842.59 (the “Service Payment”). The Service Payment will be paid to the Executive as soon as practicable following the beginning of the Term, but in no event later than thirty (30) days following the beginning of the Term.
Service Payment. Plaintiff may apply to the Court for an award of Service Payment of $10,000. Any Service Payment awarded by the Court shall be paid by the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund.
