Service Reassignments. 143. After an operator has pulled his or her run out of the division in order to provide service, Transit Supervisors and Managers may reassign the Operator to a line or route other than the one bid for by the Operator under the following circumstances: (a) A line is blocked due to fire, accident, wires down, or other such emergency situation; or (b) To provide shuttle services during major delays on the Muni metro, cable car, or trolley coach systems; (c) Except as set forth above, reassignments on the street shall conform to the provisions of Sections 14.2 and 14.3 of this MOU
