Sidewalk Improvements. Sidewalks shall be provided for the following locations. The design and construction details of the improvements must be approved by the Town Manager and NCDOT. Sidewalks shall be built in existing right-of-way or on University property. The locations are:
(a) On west side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd from Airport Drive to Homestead Road;
(b) On both sides of ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd. to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Road;
(c) On the north side of ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd.
(d) On one side of Airport Drive from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd to ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive; and
(e) On one side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Road between ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Homestead Road.
Sidewalk Improvements. Owner shall furnish and install, at its own expense, all sidewalk improvements in conformance with the drawings, plans and specifications accepted by Firestone.

(4) On one side of Airport Drive from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Blvd to ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive; and
(5) On one side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Road between ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive and Homestead Road.
Sidewalk Improvements. (a) Owner shall construct or cause to be constructed a sidewalk connecting Planning Area 1 to an existing sidewalk located east of the Tokul Roundabout. The sidewalk location (north or south side of Mill Pond Road), width and design details shall be determined by the City prior to final civil engineering approval, based on City’s review of engineering feasibility analysis submitted by Owner. The engineering feasibility analysis shall be prepared by a Washington professional engineer and shall meet the City’s specifications and include, at a minimum, permitting feasibility, constructability, cost, vehicle and pedestrian safety, potential impacts to critical areas, engineering feasibility. At the City’s sole option, Owner may pay a fee-in-lieu of constructing the sidewalk if the sidewalk improvement is a component of a planned project included in the City’s then- adopted Capital Improvement Program. The amount of any such fee-in-lieu shall be determined by the City based on the estimated cost of the sidewalk determined following engineering feasibility review.
(b) Owner shall construct or cause to be constructed a path commencing at the roundabout at the intersection of Mill Pond Road and Mill Street and extending southeast along the east side of Mill Pond Road to the intersection of the existing Mill Pond Road with the Mill Pond Road extension running to the easterly boundary of Planning Area 3, approximately as depicted on PCI Plan Sheet LS-1. The path surface shall be a stabilized decomposed granite product.
Sidewalk Improvements. Construction of approximately 13,000 l.f. of new sidewalk; retaining walls; various drainage structures; a new pedestrian boardwalk; new pedestrian crossing signal facilities; and all associated appurtenances. A non- refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in cash or certified check is required for receipt of the copies. This project is funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and subject to all federal requirements (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Wage requirements, Disadvantage Business Enterprise goals, etc.). Bidders are also notified that the City of Asheville has adopted a Drug-Free Workplace Policy requiring successful bidders to insure that a drug-free workplace is provided in the performance of any City of Asheville construction contracts. The requirements of that policy are included in the invitation to Bid and will be included in the contract for the construction of the Project. All bidders must have current North Carolina licenses for all work for the project. All bids must be submitted on the form of bid proposal provided. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and properly labeled. Bid proposals shall include the cost of required insurance and bonds and payment of any applicable local, State and Federal taxes. The City Council of the City of Asheville has adopted a policy that the City of Asheville will not enter into contracts with bidders who are delinquent in the payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville. No bid may be withdrawn after bids have been opened, except as provided in N. C. Gen. Stat. sec. 143- 129.1. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Sidewalk Improvements. Construct a fully improved street entrance on Orchard Street with concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramps in compliance with the Plans and the permit issued by the all required approving bodies. Said construction shall include, but not be limited to, curb and gutter for the entire length of Orchard Street, where abutting the Subdivision.
Sidewalk Improvements. The Village, Developer and Lot 4 Owner acknowledge and agree that sidewalks and parkway trees are required within and along the required right of way. Developer agrees to comply with the determination of the Village following its receipt of the recommendation of the Village to install the sidewalks in lieu of a cash donation or contribution for sidewalks. Such sidewalks shall be installed in compliance with the applicable standards of the Village of Lake Zurich.
Sidewalk Improvements. The Developer shall construct a portion of the sidewalks along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street and Leander Drive as described in the Sidewalk Improvements provided herein. The sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the City’s development regulations. The sidewalks must be constructed prior to issuance of certificate of completion for the site development permit.
Sidewalk Improvements. Owner shall make Building and Property improvements in substantial conformance with Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference (the “Sidewalk Improvements”).
4.1.5.1 If it is deemed necessary and appropriate by the City and the Owner, the City may issue multiple building permits and multiple certificates of occupancy for Sidewalk Improvements on portions of the Property in the City. The City shall offer the Owner the option to pursue permitting and construction of the Permitted Sign structures separately from the Sidewalk Enhancements that are non-signage. Should the Owner choose to permit the Permitted Sign structures separately, the Permitted Sign structures may begin to display off-site advertising prior to the completion of the non-signage Sidewalk Enhancements, provided that the non-signage Sidewalk Enhancements are completed within two (2) years of the Permitted Sign Payment Commencement Date. In the event Owner does not complete the non-signage Sidewalk Improvements within such time, Owner shall be prohibited from displaying off-site advertising until the Sidewalk Improvements have been completed. In the event Owner is prohibited from displaying off-site advertising under this Section, all Public Benefit Payments and the term of the Agreement shall toll until off-site advertising begins to be displayed again.
Sidewalk Improvements. The sidewalk component of the project includes paving improvements to the sidewalk and repair, waterproofing, and landscaping of the planter in front of the building. The applicant will add black mica flecked concrete paving to mark the 2-foot patron queuing area along front of the building from the entrance westward. The remainder of the sidewalk will be mica flecked natural concrete paving for a width of 5’5”.
