Site Cleanliness. The Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations under the Contract. At completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove waste materials, rubbish, the Contractor’s tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials from and about the Project. a. If the Contractor fails to clean up as provided in the Documents, the City may do so and the City will be entitled to reimbursement from the Contractor.

Site Cleanliness i. Contractor is responsible for providing dumpsters, offsite hauling, pallet returns, packaging trash collection and any other trash disposal services required to perform work. ii. Contractor shall ensure that site is presentable and all debris is placed in garbage container at the end of every day. The site shall also be left broom clean daily and upon close out. iii. Contractor shall maintain a clean worksite acceptable to Developer.

Site Cleanliness. If any Prime Contractor fails to keep the site safe and clean within four hours of being notified by the Construction Manager either verbally or in writing, the Construction Manager will have this work performed and back charged to the appropriate Prime Contractor at prevailing overtime rates plus 15%. Notice to field personnel is deemed notice to this Prime Contractor.

Site Cleanliness. The Contractor shall confine construction equipment, the storage of materials and equipment, and the operations of workers to the site and land areas identified in and permitted by the Plans and Specifications and other land and areas permitted by law, rights-of-way, permits, and easements, and shall not unreasonably encumber the Work premises with construction equipment or other materials or equipment. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for any damage to any such land or area, or to the owner or occupant thereof, or of any adjacent land or areas, resulting from the performance of the Work.

Site Cleanliness. 43.1 The Contractor shall, during the course of the carrying out of the Works, maintain the Site in a clean and safe condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Contract Manager. 43.2 The Contractor shall remove from the Site, unless otherwise agreed with the Contract Manager, all plant, goods and materials, temporary buildings or other structures or debris which are not necessary for the proper performance of the Contractor's obligations.
