The Software Subscriptions clause defines the terms under which a customer is granted access to and use of software on a subscription basis. Software Subscriptions. 13.1.1 Where Software Subscriptions are included within Schedule A, by reference to “Yes”, the Client will be entitled to receive Version and Release Level Software Upgrades, for all software products legitimately purchased through Mass and identified within Schedule A of this agreement. 13.1.2 Where Software Subscriptions are not included within Schedule A, by reference to “No”, the Client will forego any entitlement to receive Version and Release Level Software Upgrades as part of this or any other agreement. 13.1.3 Unless stated otherwise, any work required to install upgrades or to carry out amendments on customisation/configuration as a result of an upgrade, are not covered under the terms of this agreement.

Software Subscriptions. Table 1.1 lists Software Subscriptions offered by Red Hat, the Unit by which each Software Subscription is measured, the applicable end user license agreement, and the applicable Exhibit that describes further the scope of each Software Subscription. Software Subscriptions. The Supplier offers Software Subscriptions including but not limited to licenses for Windows Server and SQL Server. 8.1 Software Subscriptions are available for Minimum Terms of either 12 months or 36 months and the applicable Minimum Term shall be as stated on the Order. 8.2 The Supplier shall invoice the Customer the Charges for the full Software Subscription period in advance. 8.3 The Software Subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the Subscription. You no longer have a legal right to use the Software upon expiry of the Subscription. The Customer must remove the Software or enter into a further Order to effectively renew its Software Subscription.
