Solution Implementation. When the solution of an identified problem becomes known, OneNeck will notify the Client contact of the solution. In the event a software solution is not available, the systems administrator will assist the Client designee in developing circumventions to the problem.
Solution Implementation. All goods and Services for implementing the Solution, including, but not limited to, Solution Environment setup, installation of the System Hardware, Licenses for Solution Software, installation of Solution Software, Solution Migration and Data Conversion, Acceptance Tests, training and any other Work to be provided by Contractor as part of the Solution Implementation pursuant to Attachment A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work), in order to meet the requirements of this Contract up to and including Final Acceptance.
Solution Implementation. 6.2.1 Cost of Solution Implementation The County will reimburse Contractor for the cost of Solution Implementation, which will include, but not be limited to, all goods and Services for implementing the Solution (e.g., Solution Environment setup, installation of the System Hardware, License(s) for the Solution Software, installation of Solution Software, Solution Migration and Data Conversion, Acceptance Tests, training, and any other Work provided by Contractor hereunder). All payments by the County to Contractor for Solution Implementation will be paid on a per-Deliverable basis, as applicable, in accordance with the payable Deliverables identified in the PCD as “milestones”, and pricing set forth in Exhibit D (Pricing Schedule) to this Contract.

6.2.2 Deliverable Milestones A milestone will be deemed completed for purposes of this Paragraph 6.2.2 on the earliest date that all the Tasks, Subtasks, Deliverables, goods, Services, and other Work required for completion of such milestone are completed and delivered to the County, and thereafter approved in writing by the County pursuant to Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above. The determination of whether a Deliverable milestone has been completed, and the date upon which such Deliverable was approved, will be made by the County Project Director as soon as practicable in accordance with Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above, after the County is informed by Contractor that such Deliverable has been completed, and is given all the necessary information, data, and documentation to verify such completion.
6.2.3 Credits to County Contractor agrees that delayed performance by Contractor will cause damages to the County, which are uncertain and would be impracticable or extremely difficult to ascertain in advance. Contractor further agrees that, in conformity with California Civil Code Section 1671, Contractor will be liable to the County for liquidated damages in the form of credits as specified in this Paragraph 6.2.3. Parties agree these credits are fair and reasonable estimate(s) of such damages. Any amount of such damages is not and will not be construed as penalties and, when assessed, will be deducted from the County’s payment that is due. Solution Implementation a. Contractor will initiate solution implementation and testing for the Body Worn Camera and Evidence Management System after the respective requirements are accepted by the County. Key activities accomplished under this task include:
b. Delivery and configuration of 300 body worn cameras in Phase 1.
c. EMS system set up and configuration
d. Setup Axon Mobile Application on COUNTY smart phones;
e. Setup ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ CAD integration module;
f. Configure categories & custom roles based on County’s needs;
g. Troubleshoot IT issues with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and Axon Dock access; and
h. Contractor shall work with County to install Evidence Sync software on locked-down computers (if applicable).
i. Axon docking station installation
j. Contractor shall work with County to decide ideal location of docking station setup and set configurations on docking stations if necessary;
k. Contractor shall authenticate docking station with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ using “admin” credentials from County;
l. Contractor shall work with County to configure its network to allow for maximum bandwidth and proper operation within County’s network environment;
m. Contractor shall provide enough docking stations to support the number of cameras provided (1 to 1 ratio).
