Solution Implementation. When the solution of an identified problem becomes known, OneNeck will notify the Client contact of the solution. In the event a software solution is not available, the systems administrator will assist the Client designee in developing circumventions to the problem.

The determination of whether a Deliverable milestone has been completed, and the date upon which such Deliverable was approved, will be made by the County Project Director as soon as practicable in accordance with Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above, after the County is informed by Contractor that such Deliverable has been completed, and is given all the necessary information, data, and documentation to verify such completion. 6.2.3 Credits to County Contractor agrees that delayed performance by Contractor will cause damages to the County, which are uncertain and would be impracticable or extremely difficult to ascertain in advance. Contractor further agrees that, in conformity with California Civil Code Section 1671, Contractor will be liable to the County for liquidated damages in the form of credits as specified in this Paragraph 6.2.3. Parties agree these credits are fair and reasonable estimate(s) of such damages. Any amount of such damages is not and will not be construed as penalties and, when assessed, will be deducted from the County’s payment that is due. Solution Implementation a. Contractor will initiate solution implementation and testing for the Body Worn Camera and Evidence Management System after the respective requirements are accepted by the County. Key activities accomplished under this task include: b. Delivery and configuration of 300 body worn cameras in Phase 1. c. EMS system set up and configuration d. Setup Axon Mobile Application on COUNTY smart phones; e. Setup ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ CAD integration module; f. Configure categories & custom roles based on County’s needs; g.
