Source Inspection Sample Clauses
The Source Inspection clause grants the buyer or their representatives the right to inspect goods or materials at the supplier’s facility before shipment. In practice, this means the buyer can verify product quality, compliance with specifications, or manufacturing processes on-site, often scheduling inspections at key production stages. This clause helps ensure that any defects or non-conformities are identified and addressed early, reducing the risk of receiving substandard goods and minimizing costly returns or delays.
