Common use of Special Duty Assignments Clause in Contracts

Special Duty Assignments. Employees assigned to one of the following special duty positions shall receive a three percent (3%) base wage adjustment for the duration of the assignment: Field Training Officer (FTO) and FTO Coordinator; Court Deputies and Sergeant (including the Float Sergeant when assigned to Court); Chemical Dependency Program Deputies; Correctional Options Program Deputies and Sergeants; Program Lieutenant; Inmate Services Deputy, Sergeant, and Lieutenant; Medical Liaison Deputy; and K-9*.
