The Stakeholder Input clause establishes a formal process for gathering feedback, opinions, or requirements from relevant stakeholders during a project or contractual engagement. Typically, this clause outlines who qualifies as a stakeholder, the methods and frequency of soliciting input—such as meetings, surveys, or written submissions—and how this input will be considered in decision-making. Its core function is to ensure that the perspectives and needs of all affected parties are taken into account, thereby improving project outcomes and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or overlooked requirements.
