Standard Edition. You must acquire a Standard Edition user license for each User. Each person who accesses or uses the Software must have at least one user object uniquely assigned to that person and access the Software through the user object. You may create and internally use derivative works of the configuration packages portion of the Content and may distribute those derivative works internally in accordance with the terms of the Designer End User License Agreement. You may also create new reports or edit the reports that are provided as part of the Content, and may distribute the new or edited reports internally or externally. Limited Use Restrictions for Identity Manager 4.0 Standard Edition. The following components may only be used in Identity Manager 4.0 Advanced Edition and may not be used in Identity Manager 4.0 Standard Edition: Role Mapping Administrator; Advanced Reporting on data outside the identity vault/engine within current state and inside the identity vault/engine within historical data; Approval Workflow; Full Roles Framework, including role creation; Resource Model; Full User Application with Dashboard-based reporting; Role and Resource catalogs; Basic Attestation and Data Collection Services (“DCS”) driver. The Software includes certain standard integration components and utilities for use with the Software. Specialized Integration Modules are sold and licensed separately for use with the Engine.   • Standard Services As long as Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall cause the Leased Premises (in accordance with Section 10.3 below) and the public and common areas of the Building, (and the Project Common Areas), including the lobbies, elevators, stairs, corridors and rest rooms, to be maintained in reasonably good order and condition consistent with the operation and maintenance of the Building as a first-class office building in downtown Bellevue, except for damage occasioned by any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant's officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, the repair of which shall be paid for by Tenant ,so long as damage occasioned by other tenants and their officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, is paid for by such other tenants. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays, and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays ("Regular Business Hours"), Landlord shall furnish the Leased Premises with electricity for lighting and operation of low power usage office machines, water, heat, air conditioning and elevator service as is customary and anticipated by tenants in a first-class office building (the "Standard Services"). During all other hours, Landlord shall furnish the Standard Services, including elevator service as reasonably required to provide access to the Leased Premises, except for heat and air conditioning and lighting. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning and lighting at times other than Regular Business Hours and the cost of such services, as established by Landlord (which in no event shall exceed Landlords' actual cost of such services), shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided in Section 4.1 above. Landlord also shall provide lamp replacement service for Building Standard fluorescent light fixtures (but not for any specialty lighting installed by Tenant), toilet room supplies, window washing at reasonable intervals and customary building janitorial service in the Leased Premises consistent with those services in other first-class office buildings as part of the Standard Services, although no janitorial service shall be provided for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. The cost and expense of any janitorial or other services provided or caused to be provided by Landlord to Tenant in addition to the services ordinarily provided Building tenants or is excessive relative to services provided to other tenants in the Building generally, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the additional cost resulting from such services, which shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided for payment in Section 4.1 above. Standard Services shall not include any security services exclusively for Tenant within the Leased Premises. General security services will be provided in a manner consistent with the nature of the Project, and its cost will be allocated as a Building and/or Project Operating Cost. Landlord has not and does not make any representations to Tenant and assumes no responsibility to Tenant that the security services that are provided by Landlord will be effective in preventing any harm, both physical and economic, to Tenant or any of Tenant's employees or invitees. The HVAC system that Landlord shall install in the Building is generally described in Schedule D-1 and, among other things, shall allow temperature adjustments to be made in the Leased Premises on a zone by zone basis on each floor. Tenant shall pay any and all costs required to implement the features of the system by which Tenant may make temporary adjustments on a zone by zone basis on each floor . Any services provided by Landlord under this Section 6.4 shall be applied consistently and in a nondiscriminatory manner.

  • Standard Work Week (a) Except as provided below, the standard work week for Full-time Employees shall normally consist of 35 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7 hours. (b) The standard work week for certain Full-time Employees, including but not limited to, technical Employees, shall normally consist of 37.5 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7.5 hours.

  • Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. See the Summary of Medical Benefits and the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits for more information about the amount you pay.   • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;
