Student Accountability. 1. Confront, enforce, and hold students accountable in a consistent manner regarding inappropriate behaviors and violations of College and Residence Life & Housing policies, and federal and Commonwealth laws. 2. Follow emergency response procedures as outlined in training and the Resident Assistant Manual. Assist emergency responders and inform on-duty staff of emergencies/crises. 3. Complete documentation of all violations in a consistent and fair manner and submit directly following an incident. 4. Educate residents regarding College and Residence Life & Housing policies, and the student conduct process. 5. Assist Residence Life & Housing staff with building compliance and understanding around health and safety standards.
Student Accountability. The Director shall conduct meetings with Program staff in the middle and at the end of each semester to discuss student progress and update student files, including, but not limited to mid-term and end of term transcripts from the Institution, and student course and attendance data.
Student Accountability. Residents and guests are expected to understand and abide by all University policies. All students are expected to respond to directives issued by the University. These include but are not limited to the Office of Residence Life, Student Life, Campus Police, and members of the Residence Life student staff. Failure to maintain proper standards of behavior may result in students being referred to the Office of Student Accountability.
Student Accountability. Students will conduct themselves in a manner that brings honor to God, their family, and California Baptist University, as you are representing each of these. As an adult, you are ultimately responsible for your own choices and actions. However, you are also a student representing California Baptist University, and you must recognize the academic authority and leadership of the instructors. Students will not travel alone, and will exercise a heightened awareness for the safety of their belongings, their classmates and themselves.

  • Accountability Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • Service Accountability Agreements The HSP acknowledges that if the Funder and the HSP enter into negotiations for a subsequent service accountability agreement, subsequent funding may be interrupted if the next service accountability agreement is not executed on or before the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q. Any Subcontract entered into by Contractor shall require any Subcontractor with 20 or more employees to comply with the requirements of the HCAO and shall contain contractual obligations substantially the same as those set forth in this Section.

  • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA Subrecipient shall comply with the requirements of 2 CFR part 25 Universal Identifier and System for Award Management (▇▇▇). Subrecipient must have an active registration in ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.gov/▇▇▇/ in accordance with 2 CFR part 25, appendix A, and must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/webform/ Subrecipient must also comply with provisions of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act, which includes requirements on executive compensation, 2 CFR part 170 Reporting Subaward and Executive Compensation Information.
