STUDENT OBLIGATIONS. (A) Student agrees to notify Landlord within 48 hours of commencing occupancy of any visible defects, damage, hazards, uncleanliness, or other concerns or objections regarding the condition of the apartment/unit. Otherwise, Student shall be deemed to have accepted the apartment/unit as being in good order and reasonably clean at the time of occupancy. (B) Student agrees to maintain property in a reasonably clean and safe condition with no unauthorized alterations of any kind; (C) Student agrees to use reasonable care in consumption of utilities and services; (D) Student agrees to avoid unreasonable noise or other disruption of peaceful enjoyment of others, and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies relating thereto; (E) Student agrees to be responsible for damages caused by Student or Student’s guests which are beyond reasonable wear and tear; (F) Student agrees to promptly notify Landlord in writing of maintenance concerns, damages or needed repairs; (G) Student agrees not to suffer, permit, or maintain any nuisance or any health or safety hazard on the premises; and (H) Student agrees to notify Landlord of violations of the BYU-ldaho Honor Code or Apartment Living Standards and authorizes Landlord to share all information with the BYU-Idaho Housing and Student Living Office.

STUDENT OBLIGATIONS. The student agrees to use the property as his or her personal residence. The student shall maintain the interior of the property in a reasonably clean and safe condition, use reasonable care in consumption of utilities and services furnished by the landlord, and avoid unreasonable noise or other disruption of the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by the landlord and other students. The student shall be responsible for any damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear by the student, members of the student's family, or persons invited on the property by the student. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS. To ensure the integrity and academic excellence of the University and to ensure that each student derives maximum benefit from his or her program of studies at the University, students are obliged to: (a) read and comply with the Code of Conduct (set out in the University Catalog ) and other provisions of the University Catalog (including those in relation to the matters restated here); (b) comply with all other University policies, requirements and procedures; (c) conduct coursework with integrity, including submitting their own original work; (d) conduct themselves in a professional manner, treat all other students, faculty, volunteers and administrators with respect, and refrain from any behavior that may be deemed to be offensive, discriminatory, threatening, bullying or deliberate embarrassment or harassment of others; (e) refrain from engaging in deceptive, dishonest or fraudulent behavior, including encouraging or inducing another applicant or student to engage in such behavior; (f) comply with the instructions in the course syllabus and the reasonable directions of instructors; (g) participate actively in class, course and discussion forums; (h) submit assignments and coursework on time and as required; (i) fulfill peer assessor responsibilities fairly, non-competitively and professionally; (j) maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress as described in the University Catalog; and (k) meet all financial obligations to the University.

The Student will continue to serve as an employee in such capacity until the Student has satisfied the obligation for service required under the Program and this Agreement. Such Student shall commence the full time or the equivalent to full-time practice, as specified by the rules and regulations of the Kansas Board of Regents, as an employee of the Sponsor within six (6) months after registration with the State Board of Nursing and shall continue such practice for the required period, Which is one year of service for each academic year (or part of a year) of sponsorship. A scholarship recipient may petition the Executive Officer of the Board staff for a transfer of the sponsorship that may be granted if the original sponsor agrees, and if the scholarship recipient finds a sponsor who will accept the transferred recipient under substantially similar terms and conditions. No sponsorship shall be transferred unless it provides for service in a rural area, except for sponsorships transferred because of a family exigency. Transfer agreements are not effective until approved by the Executive Officer of the Board staff.
STUDENT OBLIGATIONS. 4.1 The student agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Academy, as well as any instructions or guidelines that may be introduced by the Academy or any of its authorised employees or representatives to be communicated to students and/or published from time to time. 4.2 The student expressly agrees to follow the course curriculum and assessment schedules set by the Academy. Furthermore, the student acknowledges that misconduct or non-compliance with the rules and regulations may lead to disciplinary proceedings being instituted against him/her, and agrees to be bound by the procedure and outcome of such proceedings. 4.3 The student warrants: 4.3.1 The student it shall comply with the Student Rules of Conduct as amended from to time to time and any other rules and regulations pertaining to the Academy. 4.3.2 The student shall comply with all legislation and laws in force pertaining to the Academy, the premises and the services offered by the Academy. 4.3.3 The student shall be responsible for the payment in full of all fees and other charges as and when they fall due for payment by the Academy. 4.4 The student acknowledges that he/she is aware that he/she has to satisfy the requirements of due performance as laid down by the Academy and the relevant conferring body or institute as the case may be; 4.5 The student agrees that the Academy may communicate directly with the conferring body/institute on the student’s behalf and that, as such, all correspondence from the institute conferring body to the student may be sent directly to the Academy. 4.6 The student shall respect the confidentiality of the Academy’s intellectual property and its intellectual property rights and shall not attempt to access or alienate any records or materials used in the Academy’s business. Such records and materials shall include course materials, e-mails, faxes, transcripts, diskettes, storage devices, computer tapes, course projects, student handouts, practical assignments and any other representation of the Academy’s courses and activities, of which the copyright all vests in the Academy or its licensors (“Academy material”).
