STUDENT USE Clause Samples

The STUDENT USE clause defines the terms under which students are permitted to access and utilize certain resources, services, or materials provided under an agreement. Its core practical function is to ensure that resources intended for educational purposes are used appropriately by students, thereby protecting the provider’s interests and maintaining the integrity of the educational environment.
