SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. In consideration of prompt and faithful performance of every provision of this Subcontract to the sole satisfaction of the General Contractor or the Architect and Owner, the General Contractor will pay to the Subcontractor the sum of:

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. As full compensation for satisfactory performance of this Agreement, which includes the Subcontract Work in each respective Subcontract, Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor the amount set forth in the Subcontract (“Subcontract Amount”).

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. The Subcontract Amount to be paid by the Contractor to the Subcontractor is for the satisfactory performance and completion of the Subcontractor's Work, as described in Schedule A and all the duties, obligations and responsibilities of the Subcontractor under this Subcontract is identified above, subject to additions and deductions by written Extra Order, and includes all applicable taxes.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. To pay for Subcontracted services according to the conditions of Attachment I up to a maximum amount not to exceed $33,003.00 for Children’s Advocacy Subcontracted Services and up to a maximum amount not to exceed $11,111.11 for Child Protection Team Subcontracted Services, subject to the availability of funds. The Network and State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this subcontract is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature. The costs of services paid under any other contract or from any other source are not eligible for reimbursement under this subcontract.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. As full compensation for performance of this Agreement, the Constructor agrees to pay the Subcontractor in current funds for the satisfactory performance of the Subcontract Work subject to all applicable provisions of this Agreement: a. the fixed-price of Zero Dollars 0/100 dollars ($0.00) subject to additions and deductions as provided for in the Subcontract Documents; or b. alternates and unit prices in accordance with the attached schedule of alternates and unit prices and estimated quantities, which is incorporated by reference and identified as Attachment N/A; or c. time and material rates and prices in accordance with the attached Schedule of Labor and Material Costs which is incorporated by reference and identified as Attachment N/A. The fixed-price, unit prices or time and material rates and prices are referred to as the Subcontract Amount.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. The Contractor agrees to pay the Subcontractor for the performance of its work hereunder the following sum or sums, which shall unless otherwise specified, include all taxes, insurance premiums, charges for permits and all other fees and charges, and shall be firm and binding on the Subcontractor for the work and not conditioned upon a firm completion date or on any labor increases or material escalation costs which might occur during the course of construction: Percentage fees for overhead and profit for extra work, subject to the provisions of Article 6 hereof, shall be: % for work performed by Subcontractor’s own forces and % for work performed by its subcontractors and suppliers. SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor for the satisfactory and accepted performance of the Work, subject to adjustments by change order and other provisions of this Subcontract, the total amount of eleven thousand two hundred forty-three and 00/100 ($11,243.00) (the “Subcontract Amount”), which is inclusive of all sales or other taxes, trade permits, insurance, bonds or other fees, costs or expenses applicable to performance hereunder. Subcontractor agrees that the Subcontract Amount shall not change due to price fluctuations for material, equipment, or labor and that all such costs shall remain fixed until Final Completion of the Project.
