Submission of List. Within fourteen days of the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit in writing to the Design Professional a list of the names of Subcontractors that the Contractor intends to employ on the Work. If the Contractor desires to self-perform specialty Work, the Contractor shall submit a notice to the Owner accompanied by evidence that the Contractor’s own organization has successfully performed the type of work, and the performance of the Work by specialty Subcontractors will result in materially increased costs or inordinate delays.
