SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. MasteryConnect grants Customer, its educators and administrators a limited, non-exclusive, terminable, non-transferable license to access MasteryConnect services specified above and on previous pages via the website, currently at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇ as set forth in the terms below, and subject to the Terms of Use.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. Client will take no unauthorized action to extend Client’s access to the Materials, the Software, the Content and/or the Documentation beyond the authorized Subscription, as described in the attached invoice. These Terms and all of Client’s rights to the Materials, Software, the Content and/or the Documentation shall cease and terminate immediately in the event of a breach by Client of any of these Terms.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Esper will make the Subscription available to Customer over the internet for Customer’s use in Customer’s internal business only. Unless otherwise provided in an Order Form, Subscriptions may only be accessed by the total number of Users and Authorized Administrators, and by the appropriate Customer divisions, business units, and/or geographies specified in the applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise stated in an Order Form, Customer is responsible for integration or Customer-side configuration and deployment of the Subscription.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. An online subscription and the License permits unlimited simultaneous Internet Access to complete Psychiatryonline content by Authorized Users for as long as APA remains the publisher of the Content and the subscription term has not expired. Secure proxy access from off‐site locations is allowed.

SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. Blackbaud grants to Client, and Client accepts, the nonassignable, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, and nonexclusive right to access the Subscription and use the Subscription and the applicable Documentation only as authorized in this Agreement, solely for the furtherance of Client’s tax-exempt mission, during the Subscription term set forth on the ATP. The Subscription will not be provided to Client in CD-ROM form (or any other form of media) and will not be installed on any servers or other computer equipment owned or otherwise controlled by Client. During the Subscription term, Blackbaud shall provide Client with secure access to the latest supported version of the hosted Subscription, to be accessed and used by Client through the use of the Internet. If applicable, Blackbaud shall provide a single administrator user account for secure administrator access and provide this administrator user the necessary tools to create other users for access to the Subscription. Client agrees that it has elected to access the Blackbaud offering through a Subscription and that this Agreement confers no right to convert the Subscription to a License as described in Section 5(a).
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. SFG20 grants to Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the number Users of each User Type specified in the Order Form; at the Subscription Level to access and use FacilitiesIQ and SFG20 Schedules as specified in the Order Form and/or made available via FacilitiesIQ for the applicable Subscription Level; for the internal physical asset management of the Subscriber only; and for the term of this Agreement only. The Subscriber shall not have any right or license to share, print, export store or access SFG20 Schedules or Related Information other than within FacilitiesIQ, or as expressly permitted by SFG20. Each User shall have the corresponding permissions for the User Type as set out in Part A to Schedule 1.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. During the Term, ▇▇▇▇ warrants that the Emma Software will perform in accordance with the Order and the Documentation. ▇▇▇▇ does not warrant that the Software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. ▇▇▇▇ will, at its own expense and as its sole obligation and your exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty, use commercially reasonable efforts to correct or provide a workaround for any reproducible error in the Emma Software reported to ▇▇▇▇ by you in writing within 15 days after the Emma Subscription services were performed (“Error”). If, however, ▇▇▇▇ is unable to provide a correction or workaround for any such Error within 15 days after receiving notice of an Error from you, you may terminate this Agreement upon notice to ▇▇▇▇. The warranties set forth in this Section 10.3 do not cover or apply to (a) any Error caused by you or any of your Users, or (b) any Error or unavailability of the Emma Software caused by use of the Emma Software in any manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS. In the event User purchases a subscription for services as described herein (each a “Subscription”), then subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User shall have access to the reports, customer lists or other information owned by the User in the User’s file. User may access the User file by password.
