The Substitution Requests clause outlines the process by which one party may request the replacement of personnel, goods, or services originally specified in an agreement. Substitution Requests. The Vendor and the City may, with stated reasons and acting reasonably, request that the other replace a Project Team Member. Each of the City and Vendor will, subject to scheduling and staffing considerations, make commercially reasonable efforts to replace the individual with someone of substantially similar competency and experience.

In the case that you are unable to attend a class, you must request a substitution to the Lido Learning team.
