Supervision of Personnel Clause Samples

The Supervision of Personnel clause establishes the responsibility of one party, typically the contractor or service provider, to oversee and manage its employees or subcontractors while performing work under the agreement. This clause often requires the responsible party to ensure that all personnel are qualified, adhere to safety standards, and comply with the client's policies while on site or engaged in project activities. Its core function is to ensure accountability and maintain quality and safety standards by clearly assigning supervisory duties, thereby reducing the risk of mismanagement or non-compliance during the execution of the contract.
Supervision of Personnel. Manager shall manage and supervise all Hospital employed or contracted personnel (“Personnel”), in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances, rules, regulations and orders, and ensure compliance with all staffing requirements and all related obligations under California licensure, accreditation and certification and payor participation standards.
Supervision of Personnel. The Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and execution of contracted services by its employees. At a minimum, a Quarterly Inspection of OCCC conditions shall be conducted by Contractor’s Regional Manager or equivalent to ensure that all maintenance service hereunder are properly performed. The Contractor shall notify OCCC of the name of such Manager responsible for contracted services and Manager shall have the authority to act as Contractor’s agent. The Regional Manager shall notify OCCC of site inspection and provide OCCC with written and electronic confirmation of findings. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for means, methods, techniques, procedures, safety precautions or employment practices in connection with Contractor’s performance of contracted services. Additionally, the Contractor shall identify a lead person or supervisor with whom the OCCC Representative may consult regarding contract performance.
Supervision of Personnel. All personnel assigned to a building shall be subject to the direct supervision of the building principal, and to the general and technical supervision of the respective department heads and supervisors. Job assignment within a school building shall be the responsibility of the building principal, or his/her designee.
Supervision of Personnel. WellQuest shall be responsible for hiring, firing, supervising, payroll and all other administrative functions usually performed by an employer; provided, however, Practice and WellQuest shall cooperate in making personnel decisions to the extent feasible. WellQuest and Practice shall agree on an established schedule for holidays, vacations and sick leave policies for WellQuest’s employees employed to work with Practice. WellQuest shall be responsible for maintaining written records of hours worked by all salaried and hourly personnel, including regular and overtime hours.

The Head Custodian of a building is responsible to the principal and then to the Director of Buildings and Grounds or Custodial Manager for custodial services in the building and grounds. This will include the care and operation of the heating and ventilating system, general maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, etc. The Director of Buildings and Grounds or Custodial Manager will work with all principals and custodians to improve and maintain quality custodial/maintenance employees’ services. B. The Head Custodian is expected to plan with the Custodial Manager the load of duties for his or her building. C. The Head Custodian, after consultation with the principal, shall report to the Custodial Manager all needs for any skilled services and for supplies and repairs of any necessary parts for the successful operation of the school. D. All custodial employees are immediately responsible to their principal.

Manager may terminate any Manager IRL Personnel at any time without the approval of the Alliance or Hospital. The Parties shall reasonably cooperate in determining the number and qualifications of personnel to provide services to the IRL.
Supervision of Personnel. The personnel performing the Services pursuant to this Agreement shall not be considered employees of Folz Canada and any employees ▇▇ FVFN will continue as such. All such personnel shall be subject to the policies and practices of FVFN.
